Carlsberg UK upgrades its Internet offer to customers ahead of strong demand for online services in 2010


Stokenchurch, UK – January 18th, 2010

Carlsberg UK has today launched significant improvements to their business building website, www.carlsbergwedelivermore.co.uk, following a new deal with iTradeNetwork, the global e-commerce specialist. iTradeNetwork has provided a complete overhaul to the electronic trading section of the website, with Carlsberg using iTradeNetwork’s industry leading technology platform to deliver online ordering and other services for licensees.

David Scott, director of customer marketing at Carlsberg UK, sees this as the logical next step as the brewer continues to grow the amount of support they are giving UK licensees as part of their ground-breaking ’We Deliver More’ campaign.

In addition to online ordering, the brewer’s website boasts a wide range of applications to help licensees increase profitability and improve their bottom line. This includes tools to help with sending out mail shots, aimed at bringing in new customers, to assistance with cutting utility bills.
