GVA RELOCATES ITRADENETWORK TO BLYTHE VALLEY PARK

PLEASANTON, CA December 4, 2012

The UK's largest independent commercial property consultant and the Midlands' leading property advisor, GVA has successfully secured the relocation of iTradeNetwork to Blythe Valley Park, Solihull, representing a significant transaction in the M42 corridor and marking 100 per cent occupancy of the park.

A provider of internet-based supply chain and purchasing technology to the hospitality, foodservice and retail industries, iTradeNetwork has taken the final 8,859 sq ft suite within the Park's Rhodium building.

iTradeNetwork will use the letting to consolidate its existing Burton upon Trent and Stokenchurch offices at a single site and form a new European Head Office.

Adrian Griffith, Associate at GVA, said: "We have been delighted to advise iTradeNetwork in the consolidation of their two offices, understanding their requirements and negotiating them the best terms available on the last suite within Rhodium.

"The fact that a company with the profile of iTradeNetwork has opted to move to Blythe Valley Park is a true testament to the appeal of this site, which benefits from a prominent location on the motorway network"

Founded in 1999, iTradeNetwork has become a key supply chain partner to many of the UK hospitality industry's leading operators and suppliers.

Liam Taylor, iTradeNetwork's chief operating office for Europe, said: "Blythe Valley is a great location in the heart of the country, with outstanding transport links to the rest of the UK, and indeed internationally. As a company that operates throughout the UK, with expansion plans for Europe and a parent company in the US, this is ideal for us and provides a number of key advantages over other sites that we viewed. We have already commenced with our fit out and aim to be in occupation early in January 2013."

iTradeNetwork is joining existing occupiers on Blythe Valley Park including leading international business hardware and software developer Oracle, engineering and consultancy firm Arup, heavy machinery specialist Caterpillar and electronics giant Siemens.
