JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Analyst to help translate iTradeNetwork’s evolving platform and solution suites into clear, compelling stories that win in the market.
In this role, you’ll support the full spectrum of product marketing activities across positioning, messaging, launches, competitive insights, and customer-facing content. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to bring new capabilities to market, help refine value propositions for our segment suites, and ensure our customers understand how iTradeNetwork’s solutions drive measurable outcomes across the food and beverage supply chain.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, solution selling, sales enablement, and demand generation. You’ll have the opportunity to shape narratives for an industry-leading platform, contribute directly to go-to-market execution, and build foundational product marketing skills in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Solution Messaging
- Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored for enterprise and mid-market audiences.
- Develop messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and proof-point narratives that highlight business impact and differentiation.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to align messaging with go-to-market priorities.
Content Creation & GTM Asset Development
- Create engaging content across multiple formats including website copy, social posts, blogs, email campaigns, product one-pagers, sales decks, and thought leadership content.
- Support demand generation programs through webinars, thought leadership content, digital campaigns, and customer stories.
- Ensure consistent tone, design alignment, and brand storytelling across all marketing channels.
Sales & Revenue Alignment
- Develop enablement materials such as pitch decks, one sheets, battlecards, discovery guides, and objection-handling resources.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Sales Enablement to ensure content effectively drives pipeline creation and conversion.
- Leverage analytics to measure the performance and impact of marketing initiatives on funnel health.
- Contribute to sales playbooks, persona insights, and campaign strategies across enterprise and mid-market segments.
Event & Field Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing customer events, field marketing activities, and industry conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site support.
- Work closely with demand generation to integrate event-driven leads into campaign workflows.
Customer Engagement & Advocacy
- Build relationships with key customers to develop joint marketing initiatives and advocacy programs.
- Participate in customer interviews and feedback sessions to capture insights for content creation.
- Support content creation for testimonial videos, quotes, and case study development.
Technology & AI Enablement
- Use AI-driven marketing tools to accelerate content production, campaign management, and analytics.
- Explore new technologies that enhance scalability and personalization across marketing programs.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years experience in marketing, content, product marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate value and differentiation.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into customer-friendly stories.
- Experience building content for sales, marketing campaigns, or customer-facing channels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make recommendations.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, supply chain, or enterprise software is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools or marketing automation systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in developing messaging frameworks and creating effective sales enablement content.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and events.

Base Compensation: $89,000.00 - $102,000.00/year
