JOB SUMMARY
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager in Graphic Design to support our Marketing team by creating high-impact visual content that elevates our brand and drives engagement. This role produces both digital and print assets ranging from solution briefs and one-pagers to web graphics, social creatives, and short-form motion/video content. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Product partners to translate strategic ideas into polished, on-brand creative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, web banners, email visuals, landing page assets, and digital ads.
- Create print and PDF collateral such as solution briefs, one-pagers, brochures, event materials, and sales enablement assets.
- Support short-form motion and video needs for campaigns (e.g., simple animations, GIFs, title cards, social clips).
- Maintain and apply brand standards across all deliverables (layout, typography, color, imagery, tone).
- Partner with Marketing, Content, and Product stakeholders to interpret creative briefs, propose concepts, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Prepare and export files to spec for web, social, and print production (including correct formats, resolution, bleed, and color profiles).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Self-motivated, creative professional who will work with marketing and sales teams
- What Success Looks Like:
- Consistently delivers clean, on-brand creative that is accurate, polished, and on time.
- Demonstrates strong concepting and fast iteration turning rough ideas into clear design directions.
- Produces designs that measurably support engagement across web and social (clicks, scroll depth, CTR, etc., where applicable).
- Confidently creates simple motion/video deliverables for campaigns without heavy oversight.
- Operates as a proactive creative partner, communicates clearly, asks smart questions, and improves the quality of inputs/outputs.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate or in-house marketing environment (agency experience also acceptable).
- Experience designing for enterprise B2B audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of marketing design work (digital + print), including at least some campaign or social content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects for short-form video or animation.
- Familiarity with Figma and/or Canva for collaboration and rapid production.
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience exporting and delivering production-ready assets for web, print, and video.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret briefs, incorporate feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Motion graphics experience (animated social, GIFs, kinetic type, simple transitions).
- Basic photography or photo retouching skills.
- Familiarity with digital ad specs and common platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display).
- Understanding of UX/UI fundamentals (component thinking, spacing systems, accessibility basics).
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Experience working with digital asset management (DAM) tools.

Base Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
