Susan Harman

Susan Harman joins iTradeNetwork as Vice President of People & Culture, bringing over two decades of global HR leadership experience spanning aerospace and defense, manufacturing, and technology consulting. Known for building HR functions from the ground up and aligning people strategy with business growth, Susan has a proven track record of delivering operational excellence, driving compliance, and creating high-performance cultures across complex, multi-country organizations.

Before joining iTradeNetwork, Susan held senior HR leadership roles at Calsigi LLC (Strategic Information Group), and L3Harris Technologies, among others. At Calsigi, she architected a global HR framework across seven countries, encompassing payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR technology — enabling the organization to scale sustainably across international markets. At L3Harris, a $17 billion aerospace and defense contractor, she led global HR teams across the U.S., U.K., APAC, EMEA, and the Middle East, delivering multimillion-dollar cost savings, managing union negotiations, and spearheading major HRIS transformations. Her work there included directing a nine-month, $500 million division transition from L3Harris to Leidos — overseeing system migration, employee communications, and change management from start to finish.

Susan holds an MBA from Mississippi College and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix. She also holds the SHRM-SCP, GPHR, and SPHR certifications, and has been an active SHRM member and leader at the local, state, and national level since 2001.

Susan resides in Charlotte, NC and enjoys spending her free time with her family, her husband, four children and four grandchildren.
