JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior MM Account Executive II to play a pivotal role as both a top-performing sales driver and a mentor within the Mid-Market team. You will not only be responsible for achieving and exceeding your individual sales targets but also for shaping sales strategy, coaching peers, and leading by example in execution.
This role is designed for high-achievers who have demonstrated consistent success in managing complex sales cycles, winning larger and more strategic opportunities, and owning relationships across multiple stakeholders within accounts. You will work closely with Sales Leadership to provide feedback, influence process improvements, and contribute to the continued growth of iTradeNetwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
- Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals with a focus on larger, multi-threaded, strategic deals.
- Drive complex sales cycles end-to-end: Discovery, Solution Alignment, Demo, Negotiation, and Close.
- Expand integrations and upsell opportunities within existing MM accounts, replacing competitors and manual processes with iTrade solutions.
- Lead the way in outbound prospecting, pipeline building, and territory management.
Strategic & Account Leadership
- Develop strategic account plans to expand influence across multiple stakeholders, ensuring iTrade is positioned as the long-term partner of choice.
- Engage C-level executives and decision-makers while balancing tactical execution with strategic relationship building.
- Partner with CSMs, Solutions Consultants, Product Marketing, and Leadership to align deal strategy with customer outcomes.
- Provide consistent, accurate forecasting and ensure Salesforce hygiene across all accounts and opportunities.
Mentorship & Team Impact
- Serve as a mentor and peer coach to MM Account Executives, sharing best practices for pipeline development, discovery, positioning, and closing.
- Actively participate in team strategy sessions, offering insights and helping refine sales processes.
- Be a role model for professionalism, organization, and ownership of book of business.
- Contribute to onboarding and development of newer sales team members.
What you’ll need:
- 3–6 years of proven sales success in SaaS, technology, or supply chain industries.
- Track record of exceeding quota consistently, with demonstrable success in closing larger and more strategic opportunities.
- Expert knowledge of sales methodology and ability to run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage multiple personas from operations to executives.
- Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and Salesforce discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and contribute to the professional development of teammates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
