- Oversee daily operations of the Data Management team responsible for data mapping and file monitoring across all customer data feeds.
- Ensure consistent, accurate mapping of distributor and supplier data to iTradeNetwork’s internal and customer product catalogs.
- Manage proactive monitoring of inbound file feeds - identifying, diagnosing, and resolving missing files, processing failures, or incomplete data.
- Develop and track key operational metrics (e.g., mapping accuracy, data processing SLAs, incident recovery time, and customer satisfaction).
Drive Intelligent Automation & AI Innovation
- Reimagine and reengineer manual workflows using automation, LLMs, and AI-driven agents to drastically reduce human oversight.
- Design, test, and deploy intelligent data pipelines that use machine learning for pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and auto-mapping.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to operationalize proof-of-concepts into scalable solutions.
- Create frameworks for AI governance, quality assurance, and continuous learning in data-driven operations.
- Champion the use of agentic AI to automate monitoring, alerting, and resolution of file-level or mapping exceptions.
Leadership & Team Development
- Manage a global team of Data Analysts (onshore and offshore), fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Provide mentorship and skill development, especially in areas such as automation tooling, AI literacy, and data quality.
- Ensure clear communication channels and alignment between Data Management, Integration Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Support teams.
Enable Cross-Functional Operational Excellence
- Act as a technology and process connector across the Operations organization - ensuring Integration, Data, and Support teams operate cohesively within the Customer Journey-Aligned delivery model
Operations Org Design - Collaborate with operational leaders to identify friction points across the Pre-Implementation, Implementation, and Post-Go-Live phases, proposing automated solutions to streamline handoffs and elevate customer outcomes.
- Contribute to building a unified operational platform with shared dashboards, metrics, and AI-driven insights for proactive decision-making.
Strategic Impact & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as a change agent for intelligent operations - evaluating new technologies and partnerships that can accelerate automation and reduce manual dependency.
- Develop and communicate a multi-phase automation roadmap aligned with organizational goals for scale and efficiency.
Partner with leadership to define and track success metrics that demonstrate tangible ROI from automation investments. - Ensure that the Data Management function remains a critical enabler of customer success, ensuring data flows are reliable, transparent, and optimized for value delivery.
